Barium strontium titanate is obtained by barium titanate (BaTiO3) and Strontium titanate (SrTiO3) high-temperature solid reaction, is an infinite solid solution of BaTiO3 and SrTiO3. BaTiO3 crystal is in a highly polarized state with a high dielectric constant under the interaction of ion displacement polarization and electron displacement polarization.
